GOURMET FOOD

Ye Olde Supper Club hugged a stretch off interstate US16 along the Wisconsin River. Federal practice generally organizes roads in a North-South or East-West fashion. The Government has seen fit to name thoroughfares that tend to run East to West with Even numbers, like US2, US14, or US 18. With the "US" being an abbreviation for United States, and the general understanding that we're on the topic of roads. So that drivers and passengers realize that US10 or US12 is taking them either in a Westerly or Easterly direction. A major oxbow in the Wisconsin River forces US16 to run Northerly and Southerly for a good eight miles through Doty County.
